Return Policy

To ensure product quality and fair trade practices, Cementtech Pakistan has established the following return and replacement policy for Eco Bond products.

1. Return Eligibility Period
Eco Bond products may be considered for return within 30 days from the date of delivery/landing at the dealer shop or project site.

2. Storage Responsibility
The dealer or shopkeeper / Showroom must ensure that the product is stored in a completely dry, moisture-free, and covered area.
Products exposed to rain, humidity, water, or improper storage conditions will not qualify for return or replacement.

3. Packaging Condition
Returned material must be in original, and undamaged packaging.
Opened, torn, hardened, or moisture-affected bags will not be accepted.

4. Inspection Requirement
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Cementtech Pakistan or its authorized representative.

5. Replacement Policy
Approved returned material will not be refunded in cash.
Instead, the same quantity of Eco Bond will be replaced through a new consignment / Or subject to company discretion.

6. Transportation & Handling
Transportation will be arranged by the company.

7. Final Decision Authority
The final decision regarding approval or rejection of any return will rest solely with Cementtech Pakistan.
